There are evenings that go beyond the classic dining experience.

Dining with the Stars is a unique tasting dinner, where French elegance meets the richness of Polish flavours, creating an unforgettable tale of contemporary gastronomy.

On 19 September 2026, the 1st Floor Restaurant will become the venue for a gathering of three acclaimed chefs, united by their passion for creating original culinary experiences.

The event will be hosted by Jan Nawrocki, Head Chef at 1st Floor Restaurant, who has invited Artur Skotarczyk from Muga in Poznań and Bartosz Szymczak from Rozbrat 20 in Warsaw – both restaurants awarded the prestigious Michelin star – to collaborate on creating a unique menu.

The evening will be a tale of two culinary worlds. French finesse, which has long been a symbol of the finest culinary art, will meet Polish tradition, local produce and seasonal ingredients. Each dish will be an original interpretation of a classic – created with respect for craftsmanship, the quality of ingredients and modern culinary techniques.

Especially for this occasion, the chefs will prepare a tasting menu in which each successive course will reveal new flavours, textures and aromas.

This is a one-off composition created exclusively for this evening – the result of a collaboration between three personalities, three experiences and three distinct perspectives on contemporary gastronomy.

The dinner will be complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing, specially prepared to complement each of the dishes served.
