SAFE LOCATION

  • our hotel has a large hotel lobby of 600m2 (the largest in Poznań) with designated communication routes according to the GIS COVID-19 guidelines in a ratio twice as large as recommended, so you do not have to worry about close contact with another person;
  • our hotel has 4 guest lifts serving the hotel floors and a car park, which largely eliminates contact with another person;
  • our hotel also offers 1,200 sq m of conference space, with separate spaces for conference participants according to GIS standards;
  • our hotel rooms are one of the largest in Poznań (the minimum room size is 26m2);
  • we can connect rooms (two next to each other with a wicket door), which facilitates family travel when accommodating more than 2 people in the room (according to GIS guidelines).

PERSONAL SAFETY

  • we encourage Guests to wash their hands with soap on a regular basis according to the instructions available in the hotel's bathrooms;
  • we encourage our Guests to maintain safe distances in direct contacts;
  • hand disinfectants are placed in hotel bathrooms and public spaces, reception desks and restaurants;
  • we encourage all Guests and employees to welcome a smile instead of a handshake;
  • we encourage Guests to disinfect their hands before entering restaurant or lobby bar. 

RECEPTION

  • only 1 Guest may stay at the reception desk;
  • have designated places to stop people waiting for reception service at a distance of 2 meters;
  • reception stands are separated by a plexiglass plate in order to minimize direct contact between Guests and receptionists;
  • we disinfect the reception desk and luggage trolleys;
  • there are hand disinfectants at the reception desk - we encourage Guests to disinfect their hands before filling in the registration card;
  • we encourage Guests to make non-cash settlements; Guests themselves operate payment terminals protected in foil, which are disinfected after each use;
  • Guests use disposable pens.

ROOMS 

  • each hotel room is generally cleaned, and all surfaces such as the countertop, tap, toilet, desk, door handles, switches, air conditioning controls, TV remote control are disinfected with special disinfectants;
  • safety measures for hand disinfection are provided in each room;
  • employees of the housekeeping department are equipped with masks / helmets and disposable gloves; after cleaning the room, the cleaning person takes off the gloves, disinfects hands and introduces clean things such as towels, bathrobes, bedding to the room;
  • on request, the room can be additionally cleaned and fogged during the stay.

RESTAURANT

  • we fog up the restaurant; 
  • we ventilate restaurants every day for at least 1 hour;
  • there are hand sanitizers, disposable gloves and masks at the the restaurant entrance;
  • we enable our Guests a service of meals directly to the room;
  • the tables are set up at a safe distance;
  • we disinfect tables in restaurants after each Guest;
  • we have expanded the Room Service offer, giving our Guests a greater opportunity to order a variety of dishes directly to their rooms;
  • all meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with the principles of HACCP and Sanitary and Epidemiological Station by personnel trained in the principles of safety and hygiene.

CONFERENCE SPACES

  • we regularly clean and fog up all conference rooms;
  • additionally, during lunch breaks or coffee breaks, the hotel staff may fog up the space in order to maintain continuity in maintaining cleanliness and sterility;
  • hand disinfectants are placed in front of the meeting rooms;
  • waiters are equipped with protective masks and disposable gloves;
  • after the meeting, the rooms are fogged up again, and the equipment - such as a projector, laptop, switches, controllers, door handles - disinfected;
  • conference chairs are placed at safe distance;
  • our foyer is a conference space with an area of 330m2 and 6m high.

WELLNESS

  • there are medical disinfectants in front of the entrance to the zone;
  • the reception area is fenced off with a plexiglass plate in order to minimize direct contact between Guests and the staff;
  • locker room door handles are regularly disinfected;
  • if you want to use exercise equipment, Guests are provided with special disinfectants;
  • the changing rooms and showers in the Wellness area are fogged up;
  • in saunas, Guests are required to sit on a towel;
  • saunas are fogged up at the end of the shift;
  • Guests are required to wash their bodies with soap before using the sauna;
  • in the bathrooms there are instructions on how to properly wash the hands with a soap;
  • pool towels are given to hotel Guests by the Wellness Reception, and the ones left on deckchairs are collected by the staff in the dedicated baskets.

HOTEL SPACES

  • every day in the hotel, in addition to standard cleaning of rooms and common areas, we perform fogging which effectively and irreversibly deactivates viruses and bacteria in the area of the product being used;
  • in hotel bathrooms and public spaces there are antibacterial soaps and hand disinfectants, as well as instructions on how to properly wash your hands;
  • we regularly disinfect door handles, handrails in stairwells and buttons in elevators;
  • all elevators are disinfected regularly;
  • hotel spaces are cleaned by staff equipped with disposable gloves and protective masks which are changed regularly;
  • we limit the number of Gusts staying in common areas at the same time;
  • we encourage Guests to pay by credit card.
